Tend to body, heart and spirit and nurture your lifeforce energy as radical resistance to systems of violence. We will move in one of these modalities based on what attendees voice that they need each session.

It is not a mish-mash of forms, but rather a space where we determine the movement we do based on community choice.

Drop-In Rate: $15-20 Suggested.

Package Of Five: $55-111 Suggested.

Sliding Scale, No One Turned Away For Lack Of Funds. Please Give Generously If You Can, To Support The Facilitator, Translators, + Those With Limited Resources. If You Are White, Please Strongly Reconsider Taking This Class For Free Unless You Are Without Access To Stable Food And Shelter. The Sliding Scale Is An Offering Of Economic Justice For Those Affected By Anti-Blackness, Ableism, Orientalism, Settler Colonialism, Transphobia + Other Forms Of Oppression. I Invite You To Question How You Engage With Asian Culture As We Live Through An Era When Pacific Islanders And Asian People Are Facing Violent Racism And Gentrification. Consuming The Pretty Parts Of Culture Without Active Solidarity To Those Who Inhabit The Phenotypes Of Lineage Bearers Is Cultural Appropriation.
