Join multimodal healers ONYI LOVE and 李道玲 Camellia Dao-Ling for a grounding, clearing, and healing experience. We contextualize the current historical moment, hold space for collective conversation, invoke our ancestral legacies of resilience, and share tools for community care. In closing, we share meditation and energy healing using sonic vibration to fortify us for our work in the world.
Although the live event was specifically held for diasporas of Africa, Asia and Oceania, Spirit co-created a healing ritual container that all can benefit from.
As you prepare for this transformational experience, we encourage you to have/prepare the following:
A notebook + something to write with
An icon, image, or name [or multiple] connected to your Ancestors
A larger than small container of some sort (i.e. a bucket, a basin, etc.) containing room temperature or cool clean water* (about half way filled if possible/depending on the size
A towel to place underneath the container and another towel for cleaning use
Separate container (class/cup...) of water* for you to drink
A stone/crystal companion that you are drawn to/that is supporting you during this time
What is coming through as part of the energy work is to cleanse (internally and externally) using water. Further guidance is provided during this portion of the gathering.
